Andrew C Maleski has been selling real estate since 1985. Prior to starting ACM Properties in 1995 he worked as an agent for Century 21, Jon Douglas Company and Remax. From early on he specialized in selling income properties.
Andrew has a Masters degree in literature. He worked as a broadcasting journalist, writer, and director in his native Poland. After settling in Los Angeles he started his real estate career selling in the Silver Lake, Echo Park and Los Feliz neighborhoods. Early exposure to multiple aspects of real estate sales gave him a strong foundation on which to expand his services and provide valuable advice to his clients
Throughout his career Andrew has helped his clients succeed in a wide variety of transactions including: residential, investment properties, commercial properties, land sales, leases, and exchanges. He has helped first-time buyers as well as accomplished investors, celebrities and financial institutions. He has handled numerous probate and trust sales, participated in trustee auctions, short sales and sales of properties in foreclosure. He was also involved in several remodeling, construction and management projects where he worked with architects, contractors, building inspectors, surveyors, designers, engineers, attorneys and financial advisors.

His interest in real-estate law and his ongoing self-education have earned him a reputation as one of most knowledgeable and experienced agents in his field.
